Pomegranate Ginger Fizz

This makes a great non-alcoholic aperitif, make sure you use a good quality ginger ale. Fever Tree is our favourite.

Serves: Makes 1 glass

Ingredients: 

30ml PomegranateActive concentrate
150ml Ginger ale
Ice
Pomegranate seeds (optional)

Method: 

1. Place 3-4 large ice cubes in a glass 
2. Add 30ml of PomegranateActive concentrate
3. Top with 150ml of ginger ale and stir
4. Garnish with some pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
