Active Edge Recovery Smoothie

This smoothie is the perfect way to recover after a workout. Our CherryActive concentrate can speed up muscle recovery and reduce muscle soreness, while the raw cacao gives you an additional top up of antioxidants. 

Serves: Makes one smoothie


250-300ml Coconut water
30ml CherryActive concentrate
1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 Handful of fresh raspberries
1 tsp Raw cacao powder


  1. Place all of the ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass and garnish with fresh raspberries if you wish.
