Once you've tried this it will become your go to post-training protein shake, trust us it is delicious! This recipe will give you a really nice thick smoothie.
Serves: Makes one smoothie
30g Chocolate Protein Powder
30ml CherryActive® concentrate
150-200ml Milk (we used unsweetened Almond milk)
15g Vitafibre (optional)
Lots of ice
- Place all of the ingredients into your blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the CherryActive into the smoothie and stir through to create a swirl.
- Pour into glass and enjoy.
