Aperol spritz has become one of the most popular sun-downers on a cocktail menu. This version featuring our BeetActive concentrate is just as refreshing and works well as an aperitif.
Serves: Makes 1 glass
Ingredients:
15ml BeetActive concentrate
40ml Gin
30ml Aperol
115ml Ginger ale (we used Fever Tree)
Squeeze of lemon
6-8 Mint leaves
Ice
Method:
- Add the ice, mint, gin, aperol, lemon and BeetActive concentrate into a shaker. Shake well.
- Fill a tall glass or large wine glass half full with ice. Pour contents of shaker over ice and top with ginger ale.
- Garnish with mint and a slice of lemon, enjoy!
