Beetroot Chia Pudding

This is a wonderful alternative to sugary breakfast cereals. Try this pudding the night before, store it in the fridge ready for a speedy option to start the day.

Cooking time: None


For the chia pudding: -

3 tbsp Chia seeds
200ml Yogurt, milk or dairy-free alternative
2 tbsp Maple syrup
½ tsp Vanilla extract

For the beetroot nice cream: -

2 Frozen bananas
2 tbsp BeetActive concentrate



  1. Mix together all of the chia pudding ingredients in a bowl or container and keep in the fridge. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. When ready to serve, whizz up the frozen bananas, berries and BeetActive concentrate in a blender until thick and smooth.
  3. Spoon the chia pudding into a nice jar or bowl then top with the nice cream. Decorate as you wish and enjoy!
