How can I pay for my order?

We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including: Visa; MasterCard; Delta; Maestro; Solo; American Express: and  PayPal.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer any kind of discount to specific customer groups such as students or pensioners discounts.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer a 1 to 2 day delivery service.

Where is my order?

I have a Active Edge® account

You can find out the status of your order by logging into your account, using the ‘login’ button located at the top right of the screen.

‘My Account’ will list outstanding and previous orders, and will show the status of your order.

If your order has been dispatched (marked as 'fulfilled'), please check the delivery timescales to see when your order should arrive.

If your order is late please do not hesitate to contact our team, quoting your order number.

I do not have a Active Edge® account

If you do not have an account, please call our team to find out the status of your order quoting your order number. Your Order Number can be found in the subject line of the email sent to you on order completion .

How do I cancel an order?

In some circumstances we may be able to cancel your order, so please call us. However if your order has already been processed or dispatched you will need to follow our returns procedure.

VAT on orders

All orders placed with Active Edge® and which are being delivered within the UK are inclusive of VAT.

Orders with a delivery address outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

Please note, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.
