- 1 tablespoon oats

- 150ml orange juice
- 2 tablespoons natural yogurt (can be dairy-free)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Additional extra for a nutrient boost -
- 1 teaspoon maca or baobab powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds or flaxseed
- Place everything in a blender and whizz up until quite thick and smooth.
