Winter Wellness Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 30ml BlueberryActive concentrate
  • 150ml orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons natural yogurt (can be dairy-free)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Additional extra for a nutrient boost -

  • 1 teaspoon maca or baobab powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds or flaxseed

Get making!

  1. Place everything in a blender and whizz up until quite thick and smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away!
