Overnight oats make an incredibly easy and time saving breakfast option. This recipe from SpamellaB can be made gluten-free if you choose to.
Serves: Makes 2 bowls
75g Rolled oats
4 tbsp Chia seeds
4 tbsp BlueberryActive® dried blueberries
200ml Coconut or almond milk
2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
To serve:Air-dried pear crisps
Dried rose petals
- Mix together the oats, chia seeds and blueberries in a bowl or kilner jar.
- Pour in the almond milk, honey or maple syrup and vanilla and stir well then place the lid on top. Chill in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to serve, divide between two bowls and sprinkle with additional ingredients to decorate. Enjoy!
