Overnight oats make an incredibly easy and time saving breakfast option. This recipe from SpamellaB can be made gluten-free if you choose to.

Serves: Makes 2 bowls


75g Rolled oats
4 tbsp Chia seeds
4 tbsp BlueberryActive® dried blueberries
200ml Coconut or almond milk
2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract

To serve: 

Air-dried pear crisps
Pumpkin seeds
Dried rose petals
Bee pollen


  1. Mix together the oats, chia seeds and blueberries in a bowl or kilner jar.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, honey or maple syrup and vanilla and stir well then place the lid on top. Chill in the fridge overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, divide between two bowls and sprinkle with additional ingredients to decorate. Enjoy!
