Banana & Blueberry Swirl Shake

Serves: 2 


  • 3 frozen bananas 
  • 300ml milk (can be dairy-free)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Dash of vanilla extract 
  • Add a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder if you wish!
  • 30ml BlueberryActive
  • Blueberries to decorate 

Get making!

1. Place the frozen bananas, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a blender and whizz up until quite thick and smooth. 

2. Between two glasses, spoon some of the BlueberryActive around the edges, allowing to drop down into the glass. 

3. Pour in half the smoothie, add 1 more teaspoon of the BlueberryActive, then pour the rest in - it should create a swirl effect! Top with blueberries and enjoy.
